Family and friends are encouraged to come along — Dunnellon is a great weekend escape for paddlers and non-paddlers alike.
Tentative Schedule
Friday, December 5
• Arrive in Dunnellon
• 4:00 - 6:00 PM Paddle Session
Saturday, December 6
• Two Paddle Sessions
• Hike to the Waterfalls at
Rainbow Springs State Park
Sunday, December 7
• 8:00 - 10:00 AM Paddle
• Travel Home
We’ll plan at least one group dinner at Swampy’s.

Although the property is not directly riverfront, all guests receive FREE river access via the KP Hole Park Boat Ramps. This county park is located a short 2 minute walk from the bungalows property. Bring your boat, kayak or paddle board to access the Rainbow River FREE via the KP Hole Park! We now offer single seat kayak and stand up paddle board rentals on site. They are $40 per vessel/per day. Please let me know in advance if you’d like to rent these.
There are 16 bungalows managed by the property: Units B,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L,N,Q,R,S,T,U & V; weekends require a minimum 2 night stay; weekends 90 days until check in have 3 night minimum.
