Marathon Program

About the Team

The Southeast Paddle Sports Marathon Program has the goal of developing skills in ICF marathon paddling and long distance racing. The race distances for open-age athletes are usually between 26-30km and the distance for masters is usually 15-20km. This is done in ICF K1 and C1 boats. See more information below about marathon paddling under the American Canoe Association.

The Southeast Paddle Sports Marathon Program supports athletes in their goals in this area of paddling. Some of the athletes on this program have been attending the Marathon World Championships for several years.
